Payment and Delivery

1. How to order

You can browse the by shop or category. When you have found what you are after, click "add to basket".

When you've selected everything you want, simply click the basket at the top right hand of the screen and proceed to checkout.

If you place an order online then we will send your order confirmation by email.

2. Payment

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Products are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the Products, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the Products.

As you begin the checkout procedure you will be asked to fill in the billing address of the card you have chosen to pay with and your chosen delivery address. When you have confirmed both addresses, you will be required to enter your card details. These will be processed by Payment Sense who are an accredited payment service provider that will handle your credit card transaction in a highly secure environment. When the payment is complete you will be automatically returned to the Teamkit Locker Webshop, where you will find your unique Order Number. All prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, For information about secure online ordering see our Website Security & Privacy Policy.

3. Delivery

We will aim to dispatch your order within 7-10 working days. Postage and packaging for most Products is charged at £4.95 per order, however large orders mayl incur additional delivery charges due to the value, size and weight. You will be informed of any additional charges. Your purchases should be with you within 2-3 days of dispatch. Besoke items may take extended lead times.

Should you wish to utilise our faster delivery service, please select the 24 hour service at Checkout. This is charged at £8.50 per order, or if a heavier or larger product is ordered this price can vary, and can be tracked and traced from the parcel leaving our warehouse on all orders placed before 2pm should be delivered within one working day. The order may still take 7-10 working days to dispatch. *This does not apply to weekend deliveries, these will be delivered on the following Monday.*

Whilst we will do everything possible to deliver your Products by the date specified, we cannot accept liability for deliveries made after the date specified. Orders dispatched are sent by Royal Mail and should arrive within 5 working days. However occasionally they may take longer to arrive due to delays within Royal Mail. Please allow 10 days for delivery of all Royal Mail parcels. If 10 days have passed and your package still has not arrived in the first instance please contact your local postal sorting office as your order could be held there. If the recipient is not in when delivery is attempted Royal Mail will deliver back to their local sorting office. If the sorting office is not holding your package please contact us via one of the methods on the contact us page.

The range does contain certain large and heavy items, which will need special handling and postage. To accommodate this, the postage and packaging of each of these items will be charged at the rate specified below.

Should you order more than one of these bulky items in a single order, you will be charged the below P&P per item. This will be automatically calculated at the Checkout.

Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 7.00am - 6pm.

4. Returns

We will accept the return of all Products only if they are unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 10 days of receipt of your Products. Return of Products outside this period may not be accepted by us. If Products are returned within 10 days of receipt we will offer a full refund or exchange at the price you paid for the item minus the delivery cost. If Products are not returned in an acceptable condition it will be at our discretion whether we refund or exchange the Product in question and a restocking fee may be charged by us. We will be happy to refund the delivery charge incurred in sending the Products to you for either of the following reasons: (1) the Products delivered to you are different to those ordered by you (this refers to Products on your confirmation email); and/or (2) the Products delivered to you are damaged on arrival or faulty. Please note that bespoke products can only be returned if they are damaged or faulty upon receipt.

5. Damaged or Faulty Products

You can return Products if they are damaged, defective, or not as specified on the Confirmation Page. You should inspect the Products as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. If you find any Products to be damaged or faulty you must inform us within 10 days of receipt of Products. If the Products are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery to you we will at our discretion repair or replace the Products or refund the price paid by you.

6. How to Return an Item

You must notify The team by contacting us via one of the methods on our contact us page. Please provide us with the following details or have them to hand when you contact us: (1) Order Number; (2) Email Address; (3) Contact number (preferably a mobile); and (4) Reason for return. In the case of a damaged defective or faulty product, please be prepared to provide a full description of the problem. This will ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible. All returns must be sent back to us in their original packaging. In the case of damaged items where the packaging itself is damaged please include the damaged packaging with the returned product.
